The cells have not been transformed with any agents. The cells can be passaged 1:3 to 1:5 every 2-4 days. Estimated population doubling times with cultured in 10% and 20% FBS are 36 and 30 hours respectively. The cells can take time to recover after thawing from a frozen stock.
