- Production details: JU77 cells were incubated with 10ug/ml ADI-PEG20 in RPMI-1640 media supplemented with 2% FBS and re-treated every week. After approximately 2 months, colonies were picked and seeded in a 96-well plate with 10ug/ml ADI-PEG20. A surviving clone (JU777R) was gradually expanded and maintained in 1ug/ml ADI-PEG20.
