CAMA-1 Cell Line

CAMA-1 is a luminal-type human breast cancer cell line that displays rounded morphology in adherent tissue culture. These cells are considered Her2-negative and oestrogen-receptor/progesterone-receptor (ER/PR)-positive. They are responsive to oestrogen and sensitive to growth inhibition by tamoxifen.
