  • Name: Anti-a-glucosidase [43G7]
  • Alternate name: GAA; Lysosomal Alpha-Glucosidase
  • Research fields: Metabolism
  • Tool sub type: Primary antibody
  • Class: Monoclonal
  • Conjugation: Unconjugated
  • Molecular weight: 105 kDa
  • Reactivity: Human
  • Host: Mouse
  • Application: IHC ; WB
  • Description: Alpha-glucosidase is a glucosidase located in the brush border of the small intestine that acts upon Î?(1→4) bonds. This is in contrast to beta-glucosidase. Alpha-glucosidase breaks down starch and disaccharides to glucose. Maltase, a similar enzyme that cleaves maltose, is nearly functionally equivalent.
  • Immunogen: Purified alpha-glucosidase
  • Isotype: IgG1
