  • Description: This is an ovary cancer patient's derived cell line. Histology of serous papillary carcinoma. The line is derived from breast metastasis and it is positive for the BRCA1 c.68_69delAG, p.Glu23Valfs*17 (185delAG) mutation. When implanted to NSG mice it forms tumors. This line can serve as a platform for drug screening for cancer cells in vitro and in vivo.
  • Production details: The cells were derived from metastasis (pleural effusion) in a patient with serous papillary carcinoma.
