- Description: CD19 is a cell surface molecule expressed on B lymphocytes and follicular dendritic cells. It is expressed by most pre-B cells and by the majority of non-T-cell acute lymphocytic leukaemias and B-cell type chronic lymphocytic leukaemias. CD19 assembles with the antigen receptor of B lymphocytes in order to decrease the threshold for antigen receptor-dependent stimulation.
- Immunogen: A synthetic peptide, corresponding to the C-Terminus of CD19.
- Isotype: IgG1 kappa
- Myeloma used: NS0
- Recommended controls: Any human lymphoid tissue or Ramos cell line for CD19 positive and Jurkat for CD19 negative.
Target Details
- Target: CD19
