  • Name: Anti-CD19 [LC-1/32/A10]
  • Alternate name: CD19 Molecule; B-Lymphocyte Surface Antigen B4; T-Cell Surface Antigen Leu-12; Differentiation Antigen CD19; CD19 Antigen; CVID3; B4
  • Research fields: Cancer;Cell signaling and signal transduction;Immunology;Stem cell biology
  • Clone: LC-1/32/A10
  • Tool sub type: Primary antibody
  • Class: Monoclonal
  • Conjugation: Unconjugated
  • Reactivity: Human
  • Host: Mouse
  • Application: IHC ; WB
  • Description: CD19 is a cell surface molecule expressed on B lymphocytes and follicular dendritic cells. It is expressed by most pre-B cells and by the majority of non-T-cell acute lymphocytic leukaemias and B-cell type chronic lymphocytic leukaemias. CD19 assembles with the antigen receptor of B lymphocytes in order to decrease the threshold for antigen receptor-dependent stimulation.
  • Immunogen: A synthetic peptide, corresponding to the C-Terminus of CD19.
  • Isotype: IgG1 kappa
  • Myeloma used: NS0
  • Recommended controls: Any human lymphoid tissue or Ramos cell line for CD19 positive and Jurkat for CD19 negative.

Target Details

  • Target: CD19
  • Tissue cell line specificity: Any human lymphoid tissue or Ramos cell line for CD19 positive and Jurkat for CD19 negative.
