- Production details: Established using the Scrape method where tumor tissue was scraped into a 100mm plate with complete OSE medium and maintained for 40 days with medium replaced weekly.
- Additional notes: Patient was diagnosed with breast cancer 18 months before ovarian cancer diagnosis. After surgical resection for breast cancer and 14 months before ovarian cancer diagnosis, patient had docetaxel treatment. Patient was also entrolled in a clinical trial obtaining doxorubicin, docetaxel with or without cyclophosphamide and received radiotherapy 12 months before ovarian cancer diagnosis.
