  • Description: Antibody created to detect canine CD20, epitope NCDPANP (the human NCEPANP is not recognised).
  • Immunogen: NCDPANPSEKNSLSIQYCGSIR of canine CD20
  • Isotype: IgG1 kappa
  • Production details: B cell donor: Splenocytes from mouse immunised with peptide NCDPANPSEKNSLSIQYCGSIR. Fusion partner: SP2.

Target Details

  • Target: canine CD20
  • Molecular weight: 33-37 kDa (based on literature)
  • Target background: CD20 is a transmembrane phosphoprotein that is expressed on the surface of malignant and normal B lymphocytes. As CD20 expression is restricted to B cells, this antigen is a useful marker or target for B-cell lymphomas. Studies demonstrate that the expression of CD20 correlates with B-cell lymphoma in dogs.
  • Epitope sequence: NCDPANPSEKNSLSIQYCGSIR

Handling
