Production details: CHO cell lines stably expressing DC-SIGN wild-type were established by Lipofectamin 2000 transfection, and were cultured in Ham's F-12 medium supplemented with 10% heat-inactivated FBS, 1% Antibiotic Antimycotic Solution , and 0.5 mg/ml of the aminoglycoside antibiotic G418.
