BR58 cell line

This is an ovary cancer patient’s derived cell line. Histology of serous papillary carcinoma. The line is derived from breast metastasis and it is positive for the BRCA1 c.68_69delAG, p.Glu23Valfs*17 (185delAG) mutation. When implanted to NSG mice it forms tumors. This line can serve as a platform for drug screening for cancer cells in vitro and in vivo.
