GN reporter cassette was generated by subcloning the nucleus and the Golgi complex reporter sequences into the pUC57-2A plasmid. This plasmid codes for the GTS-mCherry and the H2B-GFP sequences. The pUC57-GNrep was used to generate a pME-GNrep and subsequently the pEF1-GNrep plasmid; by Gateway cloning; using the pEF1-DEST as a destination vector.
