BR45 cell line

This is a triple negative breast cancer patient’s derived cell line. Histology of invasive lobular carcinoma. The line is derived from skin metastasis. When implanted to NSG mice it forms tumors. This line can serve as a platform for drug screening for cancer cells in vitro and in vivo.
