| Product description: | NCH645 is an IDH mutant glioma stem?like cell line derived from the first relapse of an astrocytoma that progressed from WHO grade II to WHO grade IV. Tumour material was obtained from a 59 year old male patient. The primary tumour was reported as MGMT promoter positive. The cells are maintained in serum-free culture and grow as free floating neurospheres. |
| Production details: | Patient-derived cell line established from human tumour tissue obtained during surgical resection and expanded in vitro. |
