Anti-TIGAR [9C10]

TIGAR (TP53 induced glycolysis and apoptosis regulator) is a novel p53-inducible gene, that shows similarity to the bisphosphatase domain of the biFn enzyme 6-phosphofructo-2-kinase/fructose 2,6-bisphosphatase, the main regulator of glycolysis.
