  • Name: Anti-SIGLEC2 [TPD44/D11]
  • Alternate name: CD22 Antigen; Sialic Acid Binding Ig-Like Lectin 2; B-Lymphocyte Cell Adhesion Molecule; T-Cell Surface Antigen Leu-14; SIGLEC-2; BL-CAM
  • Research fields: Cancer;Immunology;Stem cell biology
  • Clone: TPD44/D11
  • Tool sub type: Primary antibody
  • Class: Monoclonal
  • Conjugation: Unconjugated
  • Reactivity: Human
  • Host: Mouse
  • Application: FACS ; IHC
  • Description: SIGLEC-2 (CD22) is first expressed in the cytomplasm of pre- and pro- B cells. SIGLEC-2 is broadly expressed in normal and neoplastic B cells and absent from other leucocytes and tissues. SIGLEC-2 is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily and serves as an adhesion receptor for sialic acid-bearing ligands expressed on erythrocytes and all leukocyte classes. It also associates with tyrosine kinases and play a role in signal transduction and B-cell activation. SIGLEC-2 is strongly expressed in hairy cell leukaemias.
  • Immunogen: B cell lymphoma cells
  • Isotype: IgG2a
  • Myeloma used: P3/NS1/1-Ag4.1
