The 3B3 antibody bound exclusively to cells transfected with the mouse C57 isoform of NKRP1A (CD161), and showed no detectable binding to cells transfected with the C57 isoforms of NKRP1C, NKRP1D, or NKRP1F. It may bind to NKRP1 molecules in other strains but this has not been investigated in detail.
