Target Details
- Target: Leu1 (CD5)
- Target background: Leu-1 is a surface glycoprotein present on peripheral T cells (>95%) and B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukaemia cells that binds CD72. Absence of the Leu-1 marker on childhood ALL cells is associated with a more favourable prognosis.
