Oncolytic adenovirus encoding for CXCL10

Oncolytic adenoviruses have become commonly used viral vectors for cancer immunotherapy worldwide. Modifications in the viral genome give the potential of such viruses to serve as gene transfer vehicles and target cancer cells of malignant phenotype.
