The Glioma Cellular Genetics Resource (GCGR) is a panel of primary, patient-derived IDH-wildtype glioblastoma stem-like models, offering a biologically relevant system to capture inter-patient heterogeneity in tumour growth, behaviour, and molecular features.

| Product description: | GCGR-E31 is a primary, patient-derived, IDH-wildtype glioblastoma stem-like cell line derived from human tumour tissue. The line grows as an adherent, laminin-dependent monolayer, has a doubling time of approximately 110 hours, and forms tumours in vivo.Early-passage transcriptomic profiling (P3) indicated a proneural-like transcriptional state based on probability scoring. The line shows a development-associated gene expression phenotype with low enrichment for mesenchymal-immune (MESImm) gene programmes. GCGR-E31 is used in studies of glioblastoma stem-like cell behaviour, transcriptional regulation, and pathways associated with proneural-like states, supporting viability assays and immunocytochemical phenotyping. |
