Members of the TREM family are key regulators of innate and adaptive immune responses. According to Manfredi, et al., 2018, murine TLT-1 share a 65% identity with human TLT-1 and have been used to support existing clinical data that enable a better understanding of thrombotic and inflammatory diseases. |
