Anti-POT1 [M1-P1H5]

POT1 (protection of telomeres 1) is part of the telomerase ribonucleotide (RNP) complex, which stabilises chromosomes by controlling telomere elongation. POT1 is a component of the double-stranded telomeric DNA-binding TRF1 complex which cis-inhibits telomerase. POT1 localization on telomeres diminishes in the absence of single-stranded DNA.
