RSAR006 Soft tissue tumor cell line

Novel patient-derived cell lines (PDCs) have been constructed under the Fukushima Translational Research Project. Our comparative histological and comprehensive gene expression analyses have shown that the characteristics of PDCs were similar to their source tumors, even after long-term growth in culture conditions
