HEK293 cells transiently expressing either GFP alone or GFP fused a small Nesp2 isoform (Nesp2a2DKASH) lacking the C-terminal KASH domain. This small isoform contains the ~180 residue Nesp2 polypeptide that was employed in the immunogen. Total cell lysates were analyzed by western blot employing either a rabbit anti-GFP or culture supernatant from three independent anti-Nesp2 hybridoma clones (6C11; 10H8 and 5C3)
