  • Host: Mouse
  • Application: FACS ; IHC ; IF ; IP ; WB
  • Description: Clone V92.1, recognizes a protein of 55-62kDa, identified as cyclin B1.
  • Immunogen: Hamster Cyclin B1
  • Isotype: IgG1 kappa
  • Myeloma used: Sp2/0-Ag14
  • Recommended controls: Cell line in logarithmic growth phase. Tonsil or testicular, endometrial, prostate or ovarian carcinoma.

Target Details

  • Target: Cyclin B1
  • Molecular weight: 55-62 kDa
  • Tissue cell line specificity: Cell line in logarithmic growth phase. Tonsil or testicular, endometrial, prostate or ovarian carcinoma.
  • Target background: Cyclins bind to and regulate the activity of the Cyclin Dependent Protein Kinases (CDKs). Cyclin B1 is a marker of cell proliferation and a key component of the cell cycle progression machinery. Cyclin B1 may prove to be a prognostic marker in neoplasia. V92.1 may be used to immunoprecipitate active CDK1/cyclin complexes.
