High-titer retroviral empty backbone pBABE vector, ready for cloning. pBABE-hygro enables stable gene delivery and expression in mammalian cells with MO-MuLV LTR-driven expression for reliable, long-term transgene production. Features Hygromycin B selection useful for sequential selection studies. pBABE-hygro is a part of the established pBABE vector system, developed by Morgenstern and Land 1990.
