STAT2-Defective Mutant Daudi (RST2) cell line

This cell line can be used to study drug resistance developed after treatment with interferon. Interferon therapy has been proved as a successful treatment for various types of cancer, however it develops resistance in patients. This cell line was not affected by the antiviral, antiproliferative, and gene-inducing actions of IFN.
