ER-resident ceramide synthase Trh4 is a prototypic example of a neo-antigen selectively presented by cells through various pathways. RMA-S lymphoma cells are TAP-deficient on account of an incomplete TAP2 chain, whereas RMA cells have their TAP chain intact.
