Product description: The MCF10A-HER2 breast cancer cell line shows inducible overexpression of the HER2 protein at clinically relevant levels and can be used to study mechanisms underpinning HER2 overexpression. These cells also co-express GFP enabling cell tracking and selection and can be grown as 3D cultures for enhanced biological relevance. Key applications for this cell line include early molecular change detection in HER2-driven tumour development, HER2-mediated signalling pathway analysis, and HER2-targeted therapeutic screening and response profiling.
