| Product description: | The KPC Cell Line (mixed genetic background) is a transplantable murine pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma model derived from the clinically relevant KPC mouse model. It retains the key KrasG12D and Trp53R172H driver mutations seen in the parental KPC model and provides a complementary mixed-background option for studies of pancreatic tumour biology, biomarker discovery, therapeutic response, invasion and metastasis. Its mixed genetic background makes it distinct from the C57/BL6 KPC cell line, supporting selection based on the genetic background required for each study. |
