| Growth medium: | Cells are cultured on MatrigelTM (Corning)-coated plates with mTeSRTM1 Medium (StemCell Technologies). Medium is changed daily. Cells are passaged every 3ÄË?Â?Â4 days (when the colonies covered approximately 85% of the surface area of the culture dish) using 0.5 mM EDTA dissociation buffer (Life Technologies). Cells are incubated at 37 ÄË?ÂÄÂC in a humidified 5% CO2 incubator. |
