| Product description: | NCH620 is a patient-derived IDH mutant glioma stem?like cell line derived from the first relapse of an astrocytoma (WHO grade IV). Tumour tissue was obtained from a 28 year old female patient-deriveduring surgical resection. Analysis of the primary tumour indicated MGMT promoter negativity. The cells are maintained in serum-free culture and grow as free floating neurospheres. |
| Production details: | Patient-derived cell line established from human tumour tissue obtained during surgical resection and expanded in vitro. |
