| Product description: | NCH3763 is a patient-derived IDH mutant glioma stem-like cell line derived from the first relapse of an astrocytoma (WHO grade IV). Tumour tissue was obtained during surgical resection from a 48 year old male patient. Analysis of the primary tumour reported MGMT promoter negativity and absence of BRAF mutation. The cell line is maintained under serum-free culture conditions and grows as free floating neurospheres. |
| Production details: | Patient-derived cell line established from human tumour tissue obtained during surgical resection and expanded in vitro. |
