It is used to detect and study PyMT expression, supporting research into mouse polyoma virus early antigen biology, viral oncogenesis and polyoma virus-driven tumour models. Reported applications for clone PyMT include immunoprecipitation, ELISA, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence and western blot.
