Anti-CD9 monoclonal antibody [GR2110]

CD9 (p24 antigen) is a unique 24 kDa transmembrane polypeptide related to the tetraspanin family. The CD9 molecule associates with other surface proteins such as a6/b4 integrin (CD49f/CD104 molecule) and HLA-DR, suggesting a role in cell adhesion, signal transduction and motility. GR21D10 is a mouse monoclonal antibody of the IgG1 isotype.
