Mycobacterium avium subsp. paratuberculosis (MAP) is the causative agent for Johne’s disease, a highly-infectious wasting disease that affects a range of domestic ruminants including cattle, sheep, goats and deer. Anti-Mycobacterium avium subsp. paratuberculosis [15D10] has a high degree of specificity and has been demonstrated to work by ELISA and for immunocapture.
