The unrestricted CD45 leukocyte common antigen (LCA) consists of an extracellular, membrane-proximal sequence that is common to all CD45 isoforms. All monoclonal antibodies belonging to the CD45 grouping react with this part of the antigen and can recognise all CD45 isoforms. GRT2 is a mouse monoclonal antibody of the IgG1 isotype.
