Product description: Photoreactive probe to study the type 2 cannabinoid receptor (CB2R). LEI121 is the first CB2R-selective bifunctional probe that covalently captures CB2R upon photoactivation. An incorproated alkyne serves as ligation handle for the introduction of reporter groups.
Additional notes: Using proteomics, LEI-121 has shown to identify multidrug resistance protein 1, protein disulfide-isomerase, glutathione S-transferase Mu 6, 26S proteasome non-ATPase regulatory subunit 3 O and mitochondrial carnitine.acylcarnitine carrier protein.
