Product description: Anti-CEACAM1/3/5 [SAB135] is a mouse IgG1/kappa monoclonal antibody that recognises the N-terminal region of human CEACAM1 (CD66a), CEACAM3 (CD66d) and CEACAM5 (CEA/CD66e), with highest affinity for CEACAM5. It showed no detectable binding to the other CEACAM family members tested or to murine CEACAM1. CEACAMs are cell adhesion molecules. CEACAM5 is expressed in normal intestinal epithelium and can be overexpressed in breast, lung, colorectal and gastrointestinal carcinomas.
