MC38-L is the Leiden subclone of the well-established murine colon adenocarcinoma cell line MC38, syngeneic to C57BL/6 mice. MC38-L is used as a model for optimising and development of new immunotherapeutic strategies as it is sensitive to most immune checkpoint therapies.
