| Product description: | NCH551b is a patient-derived glioma stem-like cell line with an IDH mutation, derived from the second relapse of an astrocytoma that progressed from WHO grade II to WHO grade IV. Tumour tissue was obtained from a 40 year old male patient-derived during surgical resection. The cell line is maintained under serum-free conditions and grows as free floating neurospheres. |
