Derived from the HT-22 murine hippocampal neuronal cell line, the HT-22 rho-0 Cell Line lacks mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) and can be repopulated with exogenous mtDNA (e.g., mtDNA from patients with mitochondrial disease) allowing for mitochondrial mutational analysis._x000D_ _x000D_ The original parental lines are available upon request.
