Anti-Bam32 [4H9]

B lymphocyte-associated adaptor protein (Bam32) is 32 kDa and is expressed in high levels in the germinal center (GC) of B cells. It consists of a src homology 2 (SH2) domain at the NH2 terminal which binds phospholipase C (PLC) gamma 2 and a pleckstrin homology (PH) domain at the COOH-terminal. Bam32 acts as an adaptor that integrates protein tyrosine kinase (PTK) and phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K) necessary for signaling in B cells.
